Cheese Spring Rolls recipe (cheese harumaki recipe)

These cheese spring rolls are delish - crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are quite easy to make but ...timing is EVERYTHING! If you cook them too long, they will melt! Also, try using different kinds of cheese. This way you can enjoy a variety of flavours. My boys used 3 different kinds of cheese. Oh...and they are also great for an after school snack.

Ingredients
12 sheets - wontan wraps (yellow)
Cheese - cut into 2-3cm x 1cm
They used spicy gouda, happy cow (very soft) and tasty cheese. Camenbeer cheese also goes well. Use whatever is in your fridge - they all taste good.
Olive oil for frying
For dipping...
SAORI Goma (Sesame & Soya Japanese Sauce)

Recipe
1: wrap cheese in wontan wrappers - fold both edges first and then roll. Wet the end with water to seal.

2: fry them in olive oil on medium heat until one side is a little brown and then turn them over.

3: fry the other side until a little brown. It takes only a few minutes. Take them out before the cheese inside melts and comes out.
4: place them on paper towels to absorb the oil.
5: dip them into SAORI Goma (Sesame & Soya Japanese Sauce)
They taste great hot or cold.
