Learn how to make traditional Japanese organic miso paste and learn how to cook 3 beautiful Japanese miso dishes (vegan friendly dishes) . My cooking classes are a totally hands-on style using only all natural ingredients.
We will make miso from scratch using bio dynamic soybeans and rice koji.
You will take home 500g of mouth watering miso paste.
We will also cook 3 delicious Japanese miso dishes served with Japanese sushi rice.

Kinoko (exotic mushroom) miso soup
This group cooking class will be held on Sat 20th Jan 2024
Duration: 11:00am - 2:00pm (cooking class and lunch)
Location: 3 Oakdale Road, Upwey, Vic
Special guest miso teacher - Yuko, who is a fermentation specialist.
and I, Saori will teach you beautiful Japanese cooking.
Number of people: Up to 6 people
Minimum age: 16 years old (or younger if mature)
