Hello everyone, I am SAORI from SAORI Premium Japanese Sauce.
I can't believe its November already!!
We exhibited at World Vegan Day Melbourne last weekend and
we cooked & ate Japanese vegan food everyday for two weeks in October.
Many people want to try eating more tofu but if you don't know how to cook it,
it doesn’t taste so great. As a result...I will share my secret delicious tofu recipes with you!
You don' have to be vegan or vegetarian to enjoy these dishes
We are not vegetarian or vegan but I don't cook much meat or seafood (serving size is around 30-50g per person).
My husband has cut down the amount of meat he eats by about 90% since he met me. A long time ago he had high
cholesterol levels...but within 6 months of us living together it was back to normal! We eat healthy homemade Japanese meals every day.
These tofu dishes are definately not boring and they are YUM.
