"Yaki" Japanese Cooking Class is to learn how to cook 5 popular Japanese dishes. You won't have to buy Japanese takeaway anymore after this lesson. The dishes you will make are simply delicious & easy to make. My cooking classes are totally a hands-on style using only all natural ingredients.
This group cooking class will be held on Sun 18th Aug
Duration 11:00am - 2:00pm (lunch included)

Things to bring - apron if you wish to wear and food containers for left over food

*Cheese Okonomiyaki - Japanese cabbage pancakes
*Yakisoba - Japanese fried egg noodles
*Yakitori - skewered meats with sticky sauce
*Yaki onigiri - baked rice balls with sweet miso paste
*Butajiru - carrot, potato and thin sliced pork in a miso soup base
Price: $178 per person
Number of people: Up to 6 people
Minimum age: 16 years old (or younger if mature)
