"Yaki" Japanese Cooking Class is to learn how to cook 5 popular Japanese dishes. You won't have to buy Japanese takeaway anymore after this lesson. The dishes you will make are simply delicious & easy to make. My cooking classes are totally a hands-on style using only all natural ingredients.

*Yakitori - skewered meats with sticky sauce

*Yaki onigiri - baked rice balls with sweet miso paste

*Butajiru - carrot, potato and thin sliced pork in a miso soup base
