- 3 kinds of ramen noodles ( miso, syoyu and hiyashi)
- special toppings (braised egg, pork etc)

My cooking classes are totally a hands-on style using only all natural ingredients.

This group cooking class will be held on Sun 10th March 2024
Duration: 11:00am - 2:00pm cooking class and lunch
Location: 3 Oakdale Road, Upwey, Vic

We will make fresh egg noodles using free-range eggs and organic flour.
