How to cook...
- make egg noodles using organic flour and free range eggs
- 3 kinds of ramen noodles ( miso, syoyu and hiyashi)
- special toppings (braised egg, pork etc)

My cooking classes are totally a hand on.

The teacher Saori was amazing!! The class was fun and very informative. I can now make yummy Ramen at home with great ingridients. We all took part in the class, helped get the ingridients ready and had a lovely meal (three of them) to taste test what we made. Would recommend this class highly to anyone wanting to learn how to make Ramen!

Saori was a great teacher! The venue was good and everything we made was delicious - 3 different types of ramen. I would definitely recommend this clas
