Capsicum, bok choi and fish stir-fry recipe


When I visited my husband's parents, I could not find anything but frozen fish and chips in their freezer, so...I decided to use them for a stir-fry. They loved it!! I think you will enjoy it too!

Serves 4
*2-3 frozen crumbed or tempura fish pieces
*1 red capsicum - thinly sliced
*1 bunch bok choi - cut into small pieces
*1 tbs olive oil
*1 tbs butter
*50ml SAORI Soba Noodle Sauce

1: bake frozen fish in oven
2: stir-fry capsicum and bok choi with olive oil
until they are soft
3: add cooked fish (cut into pieces)
4: use SAORI Soba Noodle Sauce and butter for flavouring
5: stir-fry for a few minutes
