SAORI Premium Japanese Sauce.Made in Australia.


Ingredients - to make 2 servings
*2 bunch soba noodles
*hand-full of salad spinach
*100g chicken breast - cut into 4cm cubes
*1 tbsp corn flour
*1 tsp brown sugar
*1 tbsp olive oil
*SAORI Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce
- 1tbsp for making teriyaki chicken
- 1 - 2tbsp per serving to drizzle on

Soba Noodle with Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
1:place soba noodles in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.Rince the noodles in cold water once they are cooked.
2:meanwhile, roll chicken in corn flour and pan fry in olive oil for a few minutes. Flavour with SAORI Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce and brown sugar. Cook until caramalised.
3:combine noodles, chicken and spinach. Drizzle on SAORI Seaweed & Soya Japanese Sauce

If you are taking this for your work lunch, pour on SAORI Seaweed and Soya Sauce just before you eat it.

note: if you like things a bit spicy...use SAORI Wasabi and Chilli Teriyaki Sauce instead.
