Spaghetti Bolognese & Creamy Sesame Dressing Salad Recipe


Hi everyone...I am Gordon (Saori's husband).
I made spaghetti bolognese for Saori on Mother's Day. I made it Japanese style...which means I used Saori Okanamiyaki/Tonkatsu Sauce. It gives the meat sauce a fuller and gutsier flavour. It's also the way many people make this dish in Japan.

【Spaghetti Bolognese recipe】

*minced meat
*fresh tomatoes (better than tinned ones)
*onion
*garlic
*mushrooms (lots)
*grated carrot
*basil & oregano (we have these growing in our garden)
*Saori Okanamiyaki/Tonkatsu Sauce (2tbs per person)
*parmasen cheese (on top)

cos lettuce (my favourite kind)
tomatoes
boiled eggs

Salad dressing
-mix Saori Sesame and Soya dressing with mayonaise (Japanese if possible)...50% each

I love this sauce as a salad dressing...it's got a rich and creamy flavour. It goes well with cheese so add grated cheese as a garnish.
